Popular theater, vaudeville and burlesque (y) are practiced.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\" style=\"height: 20px;\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>In 1955, the Th\u00e9\u00e2tre Cartier was transformed into a plumbing supply warehouse, and performances ceased. Over time, these cinemas continued to evolve to meet the changing expectations of moviegoers. However, the arrival of large multiplex chains and new broadcasting technologies has turned the global cinema landscape on its head.
